At Jenner’s Pond, you have your choice of pet-friendly independent living residences: standalone cottages with up to three bedrooms, private outdoor spaces, gardening space or apartment homes with one to three bedrooms. Assisted Living
The Ruston Residence for personal care at Jenner’s Pond is the perfect solution when you can live independently, but need help with everyday activities to be at your best. Staff members take an individualized approach to senior care, whether you need help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and more extensive care as needed. Our warm, compassionate staff and flexible, personalized services support independence and well-being.
The Ruston Residence offers three different Assisted Living suite options, as well as Memory Care.
Memory Care
Memory Care at Jenner’s Pond is located on our campus in West Grove, PA. We provide specialized memory care for all people with dementia in a safe, supportive household atmosphere designed to help residents maintain their dignity and a sense of independence. Our signature Comfort Matters™ memory care programming enhances all do.
At all times the memory care team includes a licensed nurse and certified nursing assistants who are available day or night. Highly skilled and thoroughly professional, our exceptional staff is an intrinsic part of the extended family—warm, compassionate, and always ready to share a smile or welcome a visiting family member.
Each resident enjoys a private suite with a full bath, as well as shared spaces, including a living room, dining room and recreation areas. The securely enclosed screen porch and patio provide a pleasant, secure place for residents to enjoy being outdoors. Caring, specially trained staff members promote a reassuring, family-style atmosphere with familiar daily routines and a variety of programs designed to engage the spirit and stimulate the mind.
In their own private suites, residents receive assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. Our caring, professional staff take an individualized approach, ensuring that as a resident’s needs change, we continue to provide appropriate assistance.
Skilled Nursing, Respite Care & Rehabilitation
Skilled Nursing
The Preston Residence at Jenner’s Pond provides comprehensive skilled nursing care and specialized rehabilitation therapies for people who need more help than their family or current caregiver can provide. Our short-term rehabilitation services or respite care is perfect for temporary care after an injury, illness, or surgery. A person-directed, wellness-oriented approach factors residents’ health, well-being, and dignity into decisions. We provide individualized care plans directed by each resident’s personal physician and overseen by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.
Rehabilitation
For adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, Jenner’s Pond offers comprehensive rehabilitation services. Our team of licensed professionals includes board-certified speech, occupational, and physical therapists. They are experienced in treating fractured hips, hip replacements, knee replacements, strokes, and other complex medical conditions. Together, they develop customized care plans to help individuals return to their optimal level of function faster. All of our spacious suites are private. Rehab residents and their guests can enjoy meals in our inviting dining room.
Respite Care
Whether for a few days or a few months, respite care at The Preston Residences means staying in your own private suite and having the highest level of skilled nursing care, dignified support, and health care management. Our respite care program is designed for caregivers who need temporary help. There’s peace of mind in knowing that nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Short-term residents get the dependable, round-the-clock care they need.
Home Care
Through Simpson HomeCare, those who need a little extra support can receive care in the comfort of their own homes. Our carefully screened team of professionals will work with you to develop a personalized plan to fit your needs. Skilled and dedicated companions can assist you with tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, errands and grocery shopping, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and grooming. We offer personalized care plans with flexible scheduling.
